Hippo High Dive

Hippo High Dive $0.99->Free (App Store) is a hippo diving game in which you play as a diving blue hippo. You will have to dive into flaming rings of fire as you jump off the platform. At the end of each dive, you’ll also have to aim accurately for the water or it’s a big ouch for your hippo. You can also select the height of each dive as you progress in the game. Happy diving!

Why is it Great? Who wouldn’t love hippos jumping through flaming rings of fire?

KRYZER

KRYZER $.99 –> Free (App Store) is a unique shooting game in which you control an aircraft that moves in a circular path. The aircraft can switch from one path to the other with a tap of a button. Some enemies may be also moving in circles, but some have to ability to move anywhere on the game screen.

The goal of the game is to score as much as possible before the timer runs out. When you defeat an enemy, they may drop time extenders to extend your game play time. However, if you are hit by the enemy, you will lose a lot of game time.

Why is it Great? KRYZER is one of the most unique shooters ever. You will be amazed at its design and gameplay the moment you start playing. Yes, there are boss fights.

Spazzle II: Disco Blitz

Spazzle II: Disco Blitz $.99 –> Free (App Store) is the space version of Whack a Mole. You tap the space creature to score. You can also shake the device to blast all of them at once. There will be more aliens to zap as the player progresses through each of the 12 levels in the game. And yes, there will be boss fights.

Why is it Great? Whack-A-Mole with unique iPhone/iTouch controls.
