Today, we have an interesting line up of apps and games that have gone free for a limited time.

Monkey Blast $0.99->FREE (App Store) is a platformer that may remind you of Super Monkey Ball without the rolling balls. The level design has a Super Monkey Ball feel to it. The controls are also similar in that players tilt their iPhones or iTouch to make this monkey move. This game stands apart from Super Monkey Ball in that it focuses on jumping and collecting stars in the 3D platform. Players need to collect the all stars while avoiding obstacles and enemies to advance to the next level. Each level is fun and challenging. Luckily the excellent controls make this game a blast to play!

Why is it Great? Monkey Blast is a great plaform game reminescent of Super Monkey Ball. However, this game focuses on jumping instead of rolling!

Swakker Doodle $0.99->FREE (App Store) is a doodling app with great networking function. Just doodle with your finger and interact this app with your buddy simutaneously. Both you and your friend can doodle on the same drawing. This would make a game of Tic Tac Toe possible by just drawing on this doodling platform without using a separate app. It would also be useful for designers, architects, or other professionals who sometimes need to communicate via a drawing to get the work done. School children can now even pass their doodles to their friends via their iPhone or iTouch instead of passing paper doodles.

Why is it Great? If words cannot describe something to your friend. Just doodle it!

Crasher Squirrel $0.99-> FREE (App Store) brings the famous crasher squirrel to any of your iPhone photo collection. Surprise your friend with the crasher squirrel. It will definitely make them laugh.

Why is it Great? Crasher squirrel is an internet phonemnon. Now you can create that incredible image easily with this app.

Photo Wave $1.99-> FREE (App Store) is an app that will make your photos do a watery wave pattern as though they are submerged in water. Since it is also free along with the Crasher Squirrel app, it will be fun to show your friends crasher squirrel pics underneath the water.

Why is it Great? Almost everything looks better underneath the waves.

Baby Scratch $0.99-> FREE (App Store) is an iPhone DJ turntable with built-in sampler. Experience the DJ record scratching with this great app. Hopefully, the developers will update the app in the future to allow for iTunes integration.
